why we created on friday

Spring 2025 will be our final season of On Friday. It is of course with emotion and also with grounded clarity that we are saying farewell to this edition of On Friday as it currently exists.
We came together in 2023 and created a business that celebrates what we stand for—women elevating women. On Friday began in-person with vibrant conversations that further lit our hearts on fire. Conversations that made us want to reach more women, uplift more hearts, and expand more minds.
So we did that. And now… we journey onward.
